Rather, those beautiful images are accompanied, in high harmony, by sublime semantic or spiritual concepts. The present study uses a semantic approach, or even esoteric hermeneutics, to discuss Hafiz’s religious and esoteric path, and to scrutinize the last couplet of the <em>ghazal </em>number 296 in his collection of <em>ghazal</em>s (Ghani-Qazvini copy), to explore this issue and analyze and interpret its various dimensions. The finding of this study is that, in the couplet “O Hafiz! If you step in the path of the [Prophet’s] dynasty/ the endeavors of the sheriff of Najaf will accompany you”, Hafiz both refers – briefly and emphatically – to his personal and Shiite wayfaring, and restates the conditions for such a wayfaring, referring to its immediate and future results and benefits. Here, we investigate and analyze the importance of honesty and honest steps taken in the path of the Prophet’s Household, which are emphasized in the Quranic verses and traditions as well as the teachings of the mystics, and are associated with the concept of Shiism as well as the supportive, protective and guiding roles of Imam Ali in Hafiz’s honest wayfaring. هنر حافظ فقط به صورت کلام و قالب غزل و نگارگری‌های صوری و معنوی او منحصر نمی‌شود، بلکه این صورت زیبا در کمال هماهنگی و همراهی با معانی و مفاهیمِ بلندِ معنایی یا معنوی اوست. تحقیق حاضر با روش و رویکرد معنایی و احیاناً هرمنوتیکی به‌اجمال مذهب شرعی و طریقتی حافظ را بحث کرده و با تأمل در بیت آخر غزل شماره 296 (نسخة غنی-قزوینی)، این موضوع را واکاوی، و ابعاد مختلف آن را تحلیل و تفسیر کرده است. دستاورد پژوهش آن است که حافظ به اشاره و اجمال، اما به تأکید، در بیت : «حافظ اگر قدم زنی در ره خاندان به صدق/ بدرقه رهت شود همت شحنه نجف» هم به سلوک شخصی و اهل بیتی خود اشاره داشته، و هم شرایط این نوع سلوک را باز گفته، و هم به فواید و نتایج آنی و آتی آن اشاره کرده است. اهمیت صدق و قدم صادقانه در راه خاندان که در آیات و روایات و تعالیم عارفان بدان تأکیدات فراوان شده و مفهوم تشیع را تداعی می‌کند، و نقش‌های حمایتی، حفاظتی و هدایتی علی علیه‌السلام در سلوک صادقانة حافظ، در این پژوهش، مورد تأکید و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. https://www.shiitestudies.com/article_707238_31447e7b2edb5e4845099095de644602.pdf
