To achieve the goal, we have firstly explained the conceptions of the Shi‘ite jurisprudence as well as the social asset. Then, we have explained that the science of jurisprudence enables the man to infer and extract the precepts and limits not determined by the legislator <br />Besides, the social asset is the deep, widespread and mutual relations among the members of society based on the social norms and values. This would be crystallized in various individual, group and organizational as well as social structures in an impalpable way. The Shi‘ite jurisprudence deals with producing social asset on both micro and macro levels. On the macro level, the structure of wilayat (authority), ijtehad (reasoning) and marja‘iyyat (religious reference), as well as commanding right and forbidding wrong and political participation have been discussed. Brotherhood, trust, and altruism are indices dealt with under the title of social assets on the micro level. It is clarified that the Shi‘ite jurisprudence is capable of producing the social asset through these parameters در این نوشتار ظرفیت‌های فقه شیعه در تولید سرمایه اجتماعی مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفته است. برای دستیابی به این هدف ابتدا مفاهیم فقه شیعه و سرمایه اجتماعی بررسی شده است. در ادامه مشخص می‌شود که علم فقه انسان را قادر به استخراج و استنباط حدود و احکامی می‌سازد که واضع شریعت آنها را معین نکرده است. سرمایه اجتماعی وجود روابطی عمیق، گسترده و متقابل مبتنی بر ارزش‌ها و هنجارهای اجتماعی در میان افراد جامعه است که در ساختارهای متفاوت فردی، گروهی، سازمانی و اجتماعی به صورت نامحسوس تبلور می‌یابد. فقه شیعه به تولید سرمایه اجتماعی در دو سطح کلان و خرد می‌پردازد. در سطح کلان به ساختار ولایت، اجتهاد و مرجعیت، امر به معروف و نهی از منکر و مشارکت سیاسی پرداخته شده است. اخوت، اعتماد و ایثار شاخصه‌هایی هستند که در سرمایه اجتماعی در سطح خرد به آنها توجه شده است. بنابراین، فقه شیعه از طریق این مولفه‌ها دارای ظرفیت در تولید سرمایه اجتماعی است. https://www.shiitestudies.com/article_242332_ef62d3ce536e05e958018c42906e185a.pdf
